1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • With proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a return shipping label
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
