All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.
Zippy Shopping is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be located. Please contact us immediately if you believe your package is lost or stolen.
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors and household members first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation.
